Please avoid the unnecessary waste of energy, such as turn off the lights and the airconditions after use.
You commit yourselves to respect quiet times and to refrain from actions that harm neighbours' tranquillity between 22:30 and 8:30. It would be also nice if you respected the tranquillity between 15:00 and 17:00 when people in Greece usually take a nap!

The apartment is situated in the center of Thessaloniki, in the heart of historical and modern downtown, in front of the most significant square of Thessaloniki, the square of Ancient market – the court square, from where you have a splendid view towards various important monuments and places, which are of great importance in historical, cultural and religious sense (ancient market, the statue El. Venizelos, the red church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, the mosque of Hamza Bey known as Alkazar, old hamam, the church of St. Demetrious and of the Prophit Ilia, monastery Vlatadon and byzantium fortress on the horizon). The apartment is situated near to well known market Vlali – called as well Kapani, market which attracts visitors due to its charachteristic colors. Not far away there are lanmarks such as Aristotelous square, the port, White tower, Kamara as well as modern shopping zone.
